Stan Suther's Real Estate and Stuff

For the last several years, I’ve been working on being mainly an employee of Century 21 Hecht Realty instead of an agent.  After several years in the business, I was asked to start an internet department for staying in contact with people who called and emailed inquiries to the company.  Once that got going, I handed it off to a very capable person named Chad Huck.  I then set about to start up a new office for my company in Troutman where I grew up, working as the Broker in Charge.  That went well and was lots of fun getting plugged back into Troutman, but the softening market caused us to close the doors the first of 2008.  I then came back to our Mooresville office (I am a Mooresville resident) and started working as our Customer Service Manager, doing a variety of things which were designed to build our long term business.  However, with an even softer market, the decision was made that my abilities would best be used to help generate near term business.  So now, after all that, I’m back to working with listing clients and buyers.  I always enjoyed that relationship based business, so I’ll be using this platform to talk to people who know me already and some who might find what I write interesting and hopefully useful.
