Sometimes I’m struck by the beauty or curiosity of things I see around me and want to grab a photo or two to remember them. Being a Realtor, I’m rarely without my camera. So, yesterday late afternoon, I was coming out of my house to go to my garden (you know, to visit the rabbits), and noticed an unusual brightness coming from the east. Now, as I recall, the sun sets in the west, so it got my attention. What was happening was that there was a huge bank of thunder clouds on the horizon, reflecting the light of the lowering sun, much like the moon does on a bright evening. The clouds were fluffy and white and were slowly changing shape. I know whoever was under them was likely getting a storm, but from my position, the clouds looked beautiful. I took a few shots with my cell phone camera, then decided that clouds like these deserve something better, so I got out my big camera and went at it. Some of the results are below.
