We had the house on the market for approximately two and a half years and a soon as you came along and started to market it for us, it was sold.
That must have been one of the quickest sales you have managed in a long time, especially with the market being so bad at the moment.
We are so grateful for all your work even down to helping Bob put air in one of the trailers tires before we left which is over and above the normal real estate job.

My wife and I recently moved to the Lake Norman Area from Kansas City, MO
as a result of a promotion I received with my employer. This was our third move
in six years for that reason and we have experienced the full spectrum of
